Turning over a new "leaf"

The last 2 years I've really turned over new leaves in my life, not really as new year's resolutions (because I've given up on those, literally & figuratively speaking). Last January I really joined the new millenium by getting a facebook. That's gone so well (I mean, I have like 150+ friends) that now I'm starting a blog. Why? Not because I really think my life is that interesting, but because I think I need a place to keep track of my random life. I used to keep a journal (yes, handwritten pages in a notebook), but since the last entry in my journal is dated nearly a year ago, I think it's time to try something new. So here goes...
